BILLING, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR REGISTRATIONS ALREADY PAID
Cancellation will only be accepted up to 15 days before the event. After this date no returns are made (change names will be accepted).
For registrations cancelled up to 15 days before the event, a refund will be made up to 30 days after the event. A penalty of 20.00 € (administration fee) applies.
During the registration process, if the invoice is to be issued on behalf of another entity, it must be indicated before you finish and pay your registration. Otherwise the invoice will be issued on behalf of the participant.
